Condorrat Church’s Noah’s Ark has become quite a feature locally! The Minster writes in the Parish News that she has heard from some residents of Condorrat that it cheers them up when they pass by and that when grandchildren come to visit, the family have to come by the church and then round the ring road to view the other features there – the horse and cart, the train and the flowers. It’s good to know that small things like these should reach out to the community.
The Clerk to the Congregational Board advises that we contacted the British Institute of Organ Studies for recognition of our ‘Kirkland’ Church Organ. We are delighted that it has been given a Certificate Grade II and is now listed in the Institute’s Register of Historic Pipe Organs!
