Cumbernauld Food-bank update

Starting from Friday 10th April we plan to open the Session House at Cumbernauld Old Parish Church on a weekly basis as a satellite distribution centre for the food-bank based at Cornerstone House. We have a group of volunteers ready to go, but would appreciate help distributing fliers to local businesses. If you can help please contact Sandra Graham at 01236 732280.

The food-bank in the Village will be open every Friday from 11am until 12.30pm. Please note that no food will be stored at the Old Parish Church during the week.

Thank you for your continued support for the Food Banks in Cumbernauld. Unfortunately, this looks like a long-term commitment and donations are still very welcome – mainly of tinned goods, please: e.g. mince, stew, curry, hot dogs, chopped ham / pork, spaghetti, macaroni cheese, ravioli, peas, beans, potatoes, tuna, fruit and custard, plus tea bags, long-life (UHT) milk, breakfast cereal and biscuits.

Please contact 07737 999104 or email Bethlehem [at] Cornerstone-House.org.uk if you require more information.
