Condorrat Parish Church is holding a Spring Fair in the church hall on Saturday 13th May from 12 noon until 2pm.
There will be lots of assorted stalls, pop-up paints and face-painting for the children, as well as a tearoom with tea/coffee, cakes and hotdogs.
On Sunday 30th April, Cumbernauld Old Parish Church will welcome Rev Elspeth McKay to preach as ‘sole nominee’ for the vacant charge.
Rev Elspeth McKay has been recommended by the Nominating Committee elected by the congregation and, following our worship service on Sunday 30th, there will be a secret ballot of our members and adherents present at the service on whether or not she should become our new minister.
This service will take place in the Parish Church at 11.00am and replaces our usual two services at 10.15am and 11.45am (the latter usually at the Forge Centre in Balloch).
The ballot, of those on the electoral register of the church who are also present on the day, will follow immediately after the service and the result announced shortly thereafter.
So, whether you are a regular attender, come to our church occasionally or haven’t been for a while, we look forward to welcoming you to Cumbernauld Old on Sunday 30th April at 11.00am for what is the next chapter in our congregation’s life.
