Cumbernauld Old – Christmas Fair

Our annual Christmas Fair is on Saturday 29th November in the Village Hall, The Wynd. Doors are open from 10am until 12.30pm and we hope to offer a wide range of stalls, crafts and the usual tearoom. We’re sure Santa will manage to come along and there will also be lots of activities to keep the children occupied in the kidzone.

We are currently looking for donations of baking, raffle and tombola prizes, knitting, soft goods, toys and games in good condition, and Deans’ shortbread for the tearoom. We’ll also be raffling our popular Festive Hampers and a chart is available at church and at the Forge for items that can be handed in. Unfortunately, due to a lack of storage, we are unable to accept any more bric-a-brac or books.

We hope to see you all on Saturday 29th!

Condorrat Church – Christmas Fayre

Our Christmas Fayre will be held in the Church Halls on Saturday 29 November at 12 noon. Admission is 50p for adults and 20p for children. There will be a tearoom and stalls will include toys & games, books, CDs, DVDs, Tombola, Christmas stall, toiletries, sweets, hand-crafted cards, home baking and groceries. There will also be a guest appearance of a ‘certain gentleman’. Do come along – everyone is very welcome.

Thank you to all those who were involved in or who attended our recent Coffee Morning and Craft Fair which raised £555 for church funds.

Cumbernauld Old’s Christmas Fair

Cumbernauld Old’s Christmas Fair will take place on Saturday 24th November in the Village Hall from 10.30am – 12.30pm, so please make a note in your diary now. If you have any new ideas or you’d just like to come along and help, please speak to Anne Morrison or Elizabeth Snedden as soon as possible. This year we’ll have access to the Village Hall from 7-9pm on the Friday night , so we’ll need helpers (and donations for stalls) that evening if at all possible. Let’s make this Fair a huge success, especially with Project ROCK likely to kick off in January 2013.
