Two of our churches are taking part in this year’s annual Lanarkshire Doors Open Days event, which runs over the weekend of Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th September.
Doors Open Days takes place in different locations in Scotland throughout the month of September each year and allows people access to buildings which are not usually open to members of the public.
We hope you will pop in and have a look around our beautiful and historic buildings and say “hello”. We’d be delighted to see you.
Cumbernauld Old Parish Church will be open from 10.30am – 5.00pm on Saturday 12th September and again from 11.30am – 5.00pm on Sunday 13th September (plus Sunday worship at 10.15am, of course!); and
Kildrum Parish Church will be open from 10.30am – 1.00pm on Saturday 12th September, with public worship at 10.30am on Sunday 13th September.
Two of our sister churches in Cumbernauld – Sacred Heart and Church of the Holy Name – are also participating in Doors Open Days. Full details at www.doorsopendays.org.uk
