Moderator’s New Year message

“Dream with me of a world where children do not go to bed hungry or in fear; where the lonely and the elderly are cared for with dignity and respect; where the poor and vulnerable are not the prey of those with few scruples. Dream with me of a world where we can live in peace, respectful of one another’s beliefs.”

The words are those of the Moderator of the General Assembly in her New Year Message for 2014. Read the full text here.
